During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the attentive and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. One instance that stood out was when I mentioned my desire to see Fujisan. Despite it being too far and obstructed by nearby mountains, the staff took the initiative to drive me to a spot in the lake where I could get a clear view of the majestic mountain. Additionally, when it was time for me to depart and catch my train, they even offered me a ride to the station earlier than the scheduled shuttle time. The hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We stayed in a lovely hotel near the beautiful Kawaguchi Lake. The view was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of our room. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They made excellent suggestions for restaurants and gave us helpful tips on sightseeing. I particularly liked their complimentary bicycles which we used to explore the area.
The hotel had specific hours for meals, and we didn't like that we had to eat within those times because there were not many restaurants nearby. We also wished that the hotel had a better selection of food.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel near Mt Fuji. the location was perfect, as it was just a short distance from the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. the hotel was situated on a quiet lakeside estuary, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the lake. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the onsen, which had both indoor and outdoor baths.
The hotel lacked nearby dining options, which meant we had limited choices for meals.
