One instance that stood out was when I mentioned my desire to see Fujisan. Despite it being too far and obstructed by nearby mountains, the staff took the initiative to drive me to a spot in the lake where I could get a clear view of the majestic mountain. Additionally, when it was time for me to depart and catch my train, they even offered me a ride to the station earlier than the scheduled shuttle time. The hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

I particularly liked their complimentary bicycles which we used to explore the area.
